On October 21, 2025, the Taiwan Science Popularization Train arrived at Yunlin Dounan Station. The College of Electrical and Computer Engineering of National Formosa University presented the "Shuijing Village Smart Carbon-Reduction and Water-Saving Three-in-One Social Practice Project," showcasing the innovative "Shuijing Three Treasures" exhibit. In this video, the creator, Professor Wang Shu-e, personally explains the project to students on site. This project successfully promoted the Shuijing Three Treasures series, creatively repurposing agricultural waste such as corn husks and garlic peels. It also deeply explored and translated a local 300-year-old legend of "Turtle, White Horse, and Fan Flower" into a series of cultural crafts.
